The time required to service and repair your garment varies according to the garment. When you drop off your items at our branch, a member of our staff will always let you know when your order will be ready.

Our highly skilled coworkers will alter anything that needs to be altered, whether it’s a favourite pair of trousers that need to be shortened, jacket sleeves that need to be altered, a dress that needs the waist taken in, or even your curtains. We offer a quick turnaround time for alterations and repairs on the majority of items. Items that are more specialised, such as wedding gowns or leather items, may require the assistance of our Specialist Centre staff, which may cause the process to take a little longer.
